For an annual fee per device receiving coverage, the extended warranty includes the shipment of a replacement product once the defective product has been shipped back to our warehouse.

Please note that if the security seals are broken or after investigation it is determined that the cause of malfunction is not covered under the warranty policy, the warranty is void.

The remedies at this point include one of the following:

• When possible, the shipment(s) may be cancelled and returned back to our warehouse.
  
• To keep the shipped device(s), an additional fee per device can be charged to the customer. This fee will be the remaining cost per device.

This warranty does not cover any problems caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Product damage resulting from negligence.
• Product damage resulting from unauthorized product modification
• Broken or modified security seals
• Damage caused by a natural disaster
• Theft or loss of the product
